Data files are normal text-files where each line has space-separated values for one measurement run. For example, in the example files there are 40 measurements (40 lines) in each file, and each measurement consists of 11 seconds of data measured at 3kHz frequency and thus 33000 values per line. Each line must have the same number of values. The examples are measurements of stator current from electrical motors with and without bearing damages. Files: data1/ - Measurements with no load connected to the motor. Distinguishing between measurements from normal and damaged motors is relatively easy because of lack of other sources of noise and abnormalities. data2/ - Motor working at full load. Full load causes various disturbances and noise, so distinguishing between normal and damaged motors is considerably more difficult than in no-load case. ehja*.dat - Measurements with normal bearings. rikki*.dat - Measurements with damaged bearings. If you need further details of the measurement configuration or the used motors/bearings, please contact the authors.
